Even skilled cooks sometimes encounter difficulties in preparing cutlets.
Most often, the problem is that the dish has already started to burn in the pan, but the inside is still not ready.
Why does this happen? The answer is simple – probably the wrong temperature was chosen for frying the colettes.
To prevent a delicious dish from turning into half-burnt, half-raw lumps of meat, you should call on the housewife’s faithful assistants to help – a microwave or oven.
According to housewives who actively use household appliances, it takes about 2-3 minutes at maximum power for cutlets to be ready in a microwave oven.
All you need to do is place the meatballs in a microwave-safe container and let them finish frying.
If you don’t have access to a microwave, simply place the cutlets on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a baking dish and place in the oven until done.
You don’t even have to take the cutlets out of the pan (unless, of course, it has any plastic parts) – just cover it with foil and bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
