Not all housewives, especially inexperienced ones, find it possible to prepare a roll.
It often happens that the sponge cake does not want to come off the parchment or sticks to the foil, so you should not expect a beautiful and tender roll - the result will look more like a "potato" cake.
It turns out that this problem can be solved using baking bags.
The first step is to cut the bag open and place it on a baking sheet.
There is no need to grease the surface of the bag with anything – in order for the baked goods to rise well, the biscuit needs to “stick”.
Now pour the dough, forming a layer 0.5 cm thick, and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
After the required time has passed, turn the still hot biscuit over onto a towel and get rid of the bag – it will easily come off the cake.
If you are using a non-melting filling for the roll, such as jam, you can roll the sponge cake immediately, but if you are using cream, you should roll it up and wait until the pastry cools down, and only then apply the cream.
