Even ordinary fish can become the basis of a delicious dish that the whole family will appreciate.
You don't have to fry the fish. However, it will still be very tasty and juicy. The whole secret is in the marinade, which will make the dish unforgettable.
The list of ingredients consists of:
1. First, prepare the fish: clean and gut it. Then cut the hake into 6-8 cm pieces. Place them in a bag.
2. Prepare the marinade separately. In a bowl, mix sour cream, paste, salt, Provencal herbs and vegetable oil.
3. Mix the marinade thoroughly and then pour it over the fish pieces. Tie the bag and mix. The hake marinates for 20 minutes.
4. While the fish is soaking in the marinade, cut the eggplants, tomatoes, and peppers. Do this as you wish - into small, medium, or large pieces. Add salt, rosemary, oregano, and top up with olive oil.
5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the vegetables on it. They are distributed closer to the edges, and in the center make a “pillow” of onion, which is cut into large rings.
6. Place the fish pieces on the onion and cover with parchment. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 °C.
