Ingredients

  1. Salo.
  2. Spices for lard - 1 teaspoon.
  3. Spices for shashlik - 1 teaspoon.
  4. White sugar - 1 teaspoon.
  5. Rock salt - 4 teaspoons.
  6. Ground black pepper - 0.5 teaspoon.
  7. Garlic - 1 head.

Method of preparation

Cut the lard into small pieces.

In a separate container, mix the spices for lard, shashlik, sugar and salt.

Roll each piece in the spice mixture, place in a bag and pour in the remaining mixture and add pepper.

Chop the garlic and add it to the bag, mix thoroughly and tie the ends of the bag.

Pour water into a saucepan, place a bag of lard in it and set it to boil.

Cover and bring to a boil.

Then continue cooking for 1 hour and 20 minutes, turn off the heat and leave to cool.

When the water has cooled completely, remove the lard and place it in a plastic container and place it in the refrigerator.

Place the excess fat and garlic seasoning in a separate container and use the mixture for other dishes.
