Crispy chips made from potato peels are not only tasty, but also an economical dish.
To try this snack, you will need several potato tubers, which should be thoroughly washed under running water.
Use a brush to remove any possible dirt.
After this, peel the potatoes and place them in a plastic bag.
It is also worth adding seasoning here - it is better if the spices are intended specifically for potatoes. If you do not have a suitable package at hand, use regular salt and any dry spices to taste.
Now add a little more sunflower oil to the bag and tie it in a knot.
Rub the contents of the bag thoroughly with your hands so that the peelings are well saturated with oil and spices, and then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
All that's left is to put the peelings in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, and the chips are ready.
