If you are tired of sausages prepared in the traditional way, we suggest treating your family to stuffed semi-finished products.

This dish, in addition to its rich taste, is easy to prepare.

First, use the tip of a knife to cut out the core of the sausages. You will need as many sausages as there will be people sitting at the table.

The central part needs to be finely chopped and combined with chopped dill and crushed pickled cucumber.

The filling is almost ready – you will need about 50 grams of finely grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of hot mustard.

Add salt and pepper to the resulting mixture, then mix it thoroughly.

Place the filling in the middle of the sausages and place them in a baking dish, first lining it with parchment paper.

All that remains is to sprinkle with grated cheese and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Stuffed sausages can be served as a separate dish, or they can be complemented with a side dish, for example, mashed potatoes or buckwheat porridge.
