Quick baking is great. Recipes like these come in handy when you can't come up with a dinner menu for a long time or you just need to feed guests who have arrived at the wrong time.
Here is just one of such recipes. Your family will definitely like it.
Cut the ready-made store-bought dough into rectangles measuring 20x10 cm.
These strips are divided into two parts, but only visually, after which diagonal cuts are left on one half.
Mix the yolk with milk and grease the second half of the dough, where we then put the jam - it is advisable to choose a thick filling so that it does not flow.
We connect both parts of the dough, pressing the edges of the dough - preferably with a fork.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil, and place the ingredients on it.
Grease the top with the remaining mixture of yolk and milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the preparations for 20-25 minutes.
Bon appetit!
