Instead of buying snacks from the store, try making your own homemade version of chips - there is a 100% chance that you will like it.
The products needed for this are the simplest ones – potatoes, salt and your favorite spices.
Please note: it is best to try to choose potatoes of approximately the same average size.
The tubers should be peeled and washed in water, then cut into thin slices.
Try to make the potato slices about the same thickness as a sheet of paper. To do this, use a food processor.
The already cut potatoes should be washed again in slightly warm water and left for a while to dry.
Rub salt and seasonings into the dried slices with your fingers and spread them out on a microwave-safe plate.
Keep the chips in the microwave until they become slightly dark brown.
