Not all housewives are loyal to such an ingredient in cooking as “liquid smoke”.
But if you still want to treat yourself to meat or fish with that same smoked flavor, you can use another, more “gentle” method.
To do this, you will need to prepare a sauce by mixing mayonnaise, soy sauce, curry and crushed garlic.
Use it as a marinade to add a smoky flavor to foods.
As an option, you can try making an aromatic “pillow” for the roast.
To prepare it, you will have to mix equal parts of black and green tea (without flavorings) and add a little sugar.
Place the resulting mixture on foil, cover with another sheet of foil on top and pinch the edges.
All that remains is to make a few holes in the upper part of the improvised “pillow” and you can place it under the meat when frying.
The thick smoke emanating from the smoldering tea will give the dish a unique aroma.
