When preparing syrniki, it is important to maintain proportions, this is the only way you will be able to prepare the perfect dish that everyone will like.

Recipe for delicious syrniki

One serving takes about 140-150 g of cottage cheese. It is best to take cottage cheese with 4-5% fat content, soft, with small grains, not hard, but not wet.

You need to be careful with the amount of sugar: 20 g of sugar is enough for this volume and no more is needed, and don’t forget about vanilla – a pinch and the same amount of salt for taste.

Half a yolk is enough for this volume. The resulting curd mass should be mixed using a spoon or fork, but do not knead too much, so that the mass does not start to melt. If the mass is too wet, you can add a little flour.

Sprinkle flour on the countertop and form a sausage from the curd mass, divide it into parts and roll each in flour.

Add a little vegetable oil and a little butter to the frying pan and fry the cheesecakes until golden brown.

Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven to preheat for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
