Remove bitterness by boiling

First, sort out the grain, measure out the required amount and immediately put it in a saucepan. Pour in water and put it on the stove. After the liquid starts to boil, stir the millet and drain the water.

Then pour in the liquid again, bring to a boil and drain it. It is recommended to repeat this procedure four times.

At the end, add the required amount of water (one part millet to three parts water) and begin the cooking process.
