How to Make Pizza Dough with Sour Cream: An Alternative to Yeast

It's no secret that how tasty your pizza will be depends largely on the dough.

Although the most common option is yeast dough, it takes a lot of time to prepare. Instead of wasting precious minutes, use this recipe.

To prepare pizza dough with sour cream you will need:

  • 2 cups flour;
  • 1 glass of sour cream (fat content – 20%);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp butter;
  • 1 tbsp sugar;
  • 0.5 tsp salt.

Sift the flour into a bowl and break the eggs into it, then add sour cream, butter, sugar and salt. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour, otherwise the dough will be too dry.

All the ingredients of the dough should be thoroughly mixed and the resulting mass should be formed into a ball.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a clean towel and leave it like that for 40 minutes.

After the specified time, line the baking pan with baking paper and spread the dough over it.

All that remains is to add the filling, after which you can start baking a delicious pizza in the oven.
