Uzvar is considered a traditional drink for the Christmas table, but what prevents you from enjoying its benefits and taste on any other day?
We suggest you prepare uzvar with honey. For this you will need:
First, pour water over the dried fruits and leave them for 20-30 minutes or even overnight. After that, rinse the dried fruits thoroughly under running water.
Once all manipulations are completed, you can pour cold water over the uzvar base and put the pan on the fire.
You will have to wait until the drink boils, and then immediately turn off the flame. Let the uzvar brew with the lid closed. It is even better if you wrap the dishes in a towel or blanket.
When the drink becomes warm, you can add honey. Don't forget to stir it well.
The cooled uzvar should be filled into a jug and served.
