What should you do if you can't bear to try a new treat and there are no scales in the kitchen? It's simple - use the tools at your disposal.

Today we will talk about such an “accessory” as a tablespoon.

So, if we are talking about baking, you will probably need products such as flour, sugar and yeast.

So, one heaped tablespoon contains 30 g of wheat flour, 25 g of sugar or 28 g of powdered sugar, 28 g of soda and 11 g of dry yeast.

If the recipe requires cocoa, 25 g fits into a tablespoon. Cinnamon and ground coffee are slightly less – 20 g each.

One heaping tablespoon of granulated gelatin will weigh 15 g, and citric acid (with crystals) – 16 g.

If you need to measure out the required amount of Extra salt, then a heaped tablespoon contains 28 g of the spice, while rock salt contains 2 g more – exactly 30 g.

To prepare rice porridge with honey, you will need the following knowledge: using a tablespoon with a small slide, you can measure out 18 g of rice and 30 g of honey.

Finally, we cannot fail to mention liquids. Thus, there are 13 g of water in a tablespoon, as well as whole milk and vinegar, and 12 g of vegetable oil.
