If you want to reduce the cost of preparing dinner, and also spend as little time as possible on this activity, use canned food.
You can prepare a tasty and filling first course using saury, mackerel, pink salmon or sardines canned in oil.
For one can of canned fish you will need:
Before you start cooking, vegetables should be peeled.
Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, finely chop the onion and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil until it acquires a beautiful golden color.
Some versions of the recipe suggest not cutting the carrots into small pieces, but rather shredding them using a grater with large holes and frying them together with the onion.
Fill a saucepan with water and when the liquid boils, throw in the potatoes. After 5 minutes, add the rest of the vegetables.
All that's left is to add the canned fish to the soup. Feel free to add the liquid from the can to the pan.
Continue cooking the soup until the vegetables are soft. At the end of cooking, add the required amount of salt and your favorite spices.
