A well-chosen combination of ingredients allows you to prepare the perfect stewed cabbage.
Experienced cooks recommend adding minced chicken instead of meat and sausages. Stewed cabbage in a multicooker turns out very aromatic and tender.
1. Heat vegetable oil (3 tbsp) in a multicooker bowl.
2. Place finely chopped carrots (1/2 of the fruit), cabbage (0.4 kg), minced chicken (0.2 kg) and tomato paste (1.5 tbsp) into the multicooker.
3. Salt and pepper the ingredients, mix and add water (150 ml).
4. Cook in a multicooker for an hour in the "stewing" mode. Stir the cabbage periodically.
5. 3-5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with chopped dill.
Before serving, let the cabbage sit for 10-15 minutes under the lid. You can experiment with spices. For example, add not only pepper to the cabbage, but also thyme, pine nuts or raisins.
The dish can be served either on its own or as a side dish to meat or poultry dishes.
