A great addition to a child’s diet is a salad with nettles. To prepare it, you will need 100g of nettles, the same amount of green onions, 2 boiled eggs, 1 fresh cucumber and sour cream for dressing.

Nettles need to be poured with boiling water and left in it for 2-3 minutes, after which the leaves should be separated from the stems and finely chopped.

The onion should also be chopped finely, but the eggs and cucumber should be cut into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients and do not forget to add dressing and salt to taste.
