Lie on your back and raise your arms and legs, slightly bent at the knees. The exercise involves gently shaking your limbs for one minute.

Lymphatic drainage jumps

To perform this exercise, you need to place your feet narrower than shoulder width apart and bend them at the knees.

For one minute, perform jumping movements so that the main load falls on your heels.

Rolling on the feet

Stand with your legs parallel to each other and your arms along your body. From this position, rise up onto your toes and hold for a second.

Return to the starting position and roll smoothly onto your heels. Repeat the exercise twenty times, all the while maintaining even and calm breathing.
