Pasta contains starchy carbohydrates, while ketchup always contains acid from tomatoes. This combination is difficult for our stomachs to digest.

The situation only gets worse if you add a protein component in the form of cheese to the plate – the resulting dish becomes even more difficult to digest.

Breakfast cereals are nothing more than fast carbohydrates, as they contain a lot of sugar. Eating such dishes immediately after waking up is not a good idea.

The reason is the intensive production of insulin in response to the intake of glucose and the increase in blood sugar levels. When cereal is washed down with orange juice, its absorption is slowed down, which can cause discomfort in the stomach.

Coffee with liqueur even has its own name – in Irish, which, however, does not make it a healthy drink. Caffeine can mask the taste of alcohol, but, alas, it cannot neutralize it.

A cup of espresso or cappuccino can give us vivacity and energy for 5-6 hours, but during this period the body becomes dehydrated. As a result, drinking such a drink ends with insomnia and tachycardia.
