Healthy habits are not just about giving up everything that has a detrimental effect on our body. No one will tell you right away where they start.

Fortunately, experts have an answer to this question. A Russian endocrinologist told how a healthy person's morning begins.

During the night's sleep, we lose a lot of fluid, for example, through breathing and through the skin. A morning trip to the toilet will also deprive us of some water. Not much, but it will pull the intestines towards itself. Therefore, the first thing you need to do when you wake up is drink warm water, writes Kubnews with reference to the Telegram channel of endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova.

The doctor says that every morning should start this way.

To start your morning right, you need to put a thermos of hot water next to your bed, which should be at a temperature of 40-45 degrees Celsius by morning.

It should be drunk before a person gets out of bed. A simple habit will relieve the load on the cardiovascular system.

The doctor also draws attention to the blood thickening due to a lack of fluid, which increases the risk of thrombosis.

There should be an interval of 25-30 minutes between drinking a glass of water and breakfast.

Earlier we told you that you shouldn’t eat at night – your sleep will be restless .
