The doctor noted that if fatigue bothers you even after waking up, this may indicate chronic fatigue.

The condition most often does not improve after rest, but only gets worse with any load.

In addition, there may be other unpleasant symptoms, such as insomnia, headache or muscle pain.

The specialist reminded that due to chronic stress and emotional overload, a person may face emotional burnout syndrome.

In this case, problems with appetite may begin, apathy and irritability may appear, and this condition may also affect thinking.

The result is absent-mindedness and inattention.
