According to Samoylenko, this is fraught with digestive problems, and the combination of dairy products with meat deals a double cholesterol blow.
The doctor advises drinking no more than one glass of milk per day, 2 hours before or 2 hours after meals.
In adulthood, it is better to give up milk altogether, the expert added.
