But it is important to keep in mind that the products will be poorly absorbed if certain nuances are not taken into account.

Therapist Konstantin Chaikin spoke with representatives of the Izvestia publication in more detail about how to take vitamins correctly.

The specialist said that vitamins should usually be taken in the first half of the day or after meals.

In addition, there are products that cannot be combined with taking medications.

For example, you can't wash them down with tea or coffee. Such drinks interfere with the absorption of vitamins.

The doctor reminded that vitamins may be absorbed worse due to gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, it is important that a doctor prescribes them. Self-medication is not recommended.
