The main active ingredient that determines the effectiveness of coffee is considered to be caffeine. But it is worth noting that decaffeinated coffee also gave good results.
Over 4 years, participants lost an average of 120 grams of weight.
Those who took part in the experiment did not have any restrictions in nutrition, exercise, or medications.
