Gastroenterologist Evgeny Belousov spoke in more detail about this food during a conversation with representatives of the RIA Novosti publication.

First, we need to pay attention to oysters.

The thing is that such a product is quite sensitive to storage and transportation conditions. If the rules are violated, oysters can become a source of problems.

In addition, Belousov noted that it is better to avoid shark fin steaks and fugu sashimi. There is a risk of severe poisoning. Such treats should be tried where the fish was caught. In this case, the risks are reduced.

Raw beef fillet cuts, called carpaccio, can cause problems.

It is important to remember that the dish may contain pathogenic bacteria.
