Nutritionist Zukhra Pavlova shared the details, reports Pravda.ru .
As the specialist noted, meat delicacies are in first place in this rating. Bacon, ham, sausages, as well as smoked meats, pickles and other products that used additional means for preservation and taste enhancement are harmful to health.
Such products provoke the risk of heart and vascular diseases. In addition, if a person eats about 50 grams of industrially processed meat daily, he risks encountering oncology.
You should not cook meat on a grill. This type of processing creates dangerous compounds in the product.
In second place on this list are baked goods made from white flour, which contain a lot of simple carbohydrates.
You should avoid sweet sodas, as well as foods that contain a lot of trans fats (for example, fast food or deep-fried foods).
You also need to exclude energy drinks from your diet.
