The nutritionist noted that apples, black currants, and gooseberries can help lower blood pressure.

As for vegetables, you should eat beets, and cucumbers will also be beneficial for the body. In the latter case, vegetables also perfectly saturate the body with moisture, but at the same time do not greatly affect the level of insulin and glucose.

In addition, hypertensive patients should drink as much pure water as possible. It is better to refuse strong tea or coffee. Alcohol should be prohibited.

The doctor added that it is not enough to simply change your diet. People who have problems with blood pressure should introduce smart physical exercise and eliminate bad habits from their lives.
