There is a chance that ice cream eaten in hot weather will cause sore throat and other problems.
All because of the sudden temperature change. There is also a possibility of other undesirable reactions from the dessert. For example, there may be a headache or vascular spasm.
Meshcheryakova noted in a conversation with journalists that ice cream should be eaten melted, it should remain at room temperature for some time. It is especially important to remember this rule when an adult gives this dessert to children.
Particular attention should be paid to the composition. There should be as few artificial additives as possible. Complex compositions are best avoided.
You can eat no more than two servings (100 grams each) of ice cream per week.
