There is a simple remedy that will help you cope with insomnia.

Dietitian and nutritionist Ekaterina Matyskina spoke about how to prepare it in an interview with Sputnik radio.

The basis of the drink is milk, which soothes, relaxes, and also takes part in the body's recovery process, which starts at night.

You can use plant milk, but not all of them will work.

For example, rice milk will be perceived as a set of carbohydrates, and nut milk has too much fat. As for banana milk, it will rather harm if you drink it before bed. It's all about sugar.

You should also add a spoonful of honey to this cocktail.

Another component of the "moon drink" is cinnamon. But Matyskina recommended choosing mint, chamomile or lavender.

But not everyone can drink such a drink. For example, it is not suitable for those who are on a diet or suffer from diabetes. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, you should also not drink this remedy.

A healthy person can drink this drink up to three times a week.
