If the meat is of poor quality, it will contain bacterial toxins, which will ultimately lead to poisoning.

The question of how to avoid accidentally harming your body is especially relevant in the spring-summer period, when many people prefer to go to their dachas and grill shashlik.

It is worth remembering that the symptoms appear only after a few hours. Vladimir Neronov spoke about this in more detail, writes Gazeta.Ru.

He noted that the symptoms include vomiting, fever, and abdominal pain.

In some cases, the incubation period can be up to several days.

If you want to reduce risks, you need to remember some rules.

As Neronov noted, you cannot eat raw or half-raw products.

If the meat is cooked on coals, the cooking time should be at least 20 minutes. In this case, most pathogens will die.

The doctor also recommended consuming the prepared product immediately, rather than keeping it warm for a long time.
