The show featured a guest expert, Professor Anatoly Skalny. He added information to the viewers about the benefits of cranberries.

As the doctor noted, 100 grams of the berry contains a daily dose of manganese, as well as 15 percent of the daily norm of copper. With a deficiency of the first element, problems with cholesterol arise, plaques appear in the walls of blood vessels, which can ultimately provoke a stroke. As for copper, it relieves inflammation.

When choosing berries, buy smaller and unattractive fruits, they contain more vitamins.

Not only the berries are useful, but also the cranberry juice. But the peel is more useful.
