Some familiar foods should be eliminated from the diet if you do not want to face serious health problems.
Oncologist Alexander Seryakov spoke about this during a conversation with representatives of the Izvestia publication.
According to the doctor, smoked sausage is considered the most harmful product. Such a snack should be completely removed from the menu.
Sausages, frankfurters and ham are also harmful.
If you eat at least 50 grams of such food every day, the risk of developing cancer increases by 18%.
It is also advisable to give up red meat. In extreme cases, as the specialist noted, it can be added to the diet no more than once a week. The portion should be minimal.
Seryakov also named other dangerous products. We are talking about sprats, soda, cookies and waffles, as well as chips, popcorn and sauces.
We should not forget about the dangers of canned fruits, artificial sweeteners, and genetically modified products.
