Khomich added in a conversation with journalists that tomato and carrot juices contain a wide range of nutrients, and drinks with and without pulp are a source of pectin and dietary fiber.

It should also be noted that if a person eats little fruit and vegetables, juices can be a good alternative.

In addition, they will also help with therapeutic diets. For example, if you have heart problems, you should add tomato juice to your diet.

Particular attention should be paid to the choice of the product in the store. The composition should not contain dyes or preservatives. It is advisable to choose a drink without sugar, it can be no more than 1.5 percent of the finished product. But as for various acids, honey or spices, they can be acceptable.
