During adolescence, girls and boys experiment with style.

To do this, many of them try to surprise with their outfits and hairstyles. It is the latter that is worth discussing in more detail.

The fact is that children and teenagers should not dye their hair if they want to have beautiful and healthy locks in the future.

Several years of regular coloring will destroy the hair structure, making it dry, brittle and dull. It is necessary to take into account that a child's hair is much thinner than that of an adult.

This was reported by specialist Anastasia Kudinova.

As the doctor noted, it is possible to satisfy the child's desire to change the color of their hair, but at the same time keep it healthy. The whole point is that you should use a gentle alternative to dye. These can be chalks, mousses or tint balms.

“Temporary dyes and wash-off products can be used at an earlier age, since they do not penetrate the hair,” Gazeta.Ru quotes Kudinova as saying.

The doctor also noted that the procedure should not be carried out at home. It is much better to entrust such a matter to professionals.
