If a person is forced to sit in one place for many hours every day, this can provoke additional health problems.

As American scientists noted in a recent study, it is possible to maintain health with a sedentary lifestyle, but you need to remember some simple rules.

According to experts who conducted an experiment with volunteers, a short walk during the working day reduces the risk of heart disease and other chronic ailments, and it can also control blood sugar spikes.

The point is that it is advisable to take a walk every half hour.

The duration of the lesson should be only five minutes.
