It was suggested to ride a bicycle slowly for 90 minutes, and also for another 6 minutes, but in an intensive mode.

Short but high-intensity loads were more effective, as doctors noted. After them, the protein level increased fivefold.

However, no such effect was observed from fasting or long training.

The work is still ongoing.
