No one is immune to emotional burnout. Most often, the problem of emotional stress is associated with those men and women whose work involves constant communication.

The problem takes the form of not only emotional but also mental and physical exhaustion.

Dr. Irkyam Akhmetova explained why it occurs.

“If there is a discrepancy between your own contribution to the work and the received or expected reward, then the first symptoms of burnout appear,” the Izvestia publication quotes the doctor as saying.

You can cope with the condition if you start planning your rest for the day.

It is necessary to walk more in the fresh air and remember about light physical activity.

It wouldn't hurt to take vitamins. Vitamin B and D deficiency worsens the condition.

It is also important to contact specialists who will help you get out of a negative state.
