In China, there is a long-standing custom: to drink hot water. Not only at home, but wherever possible.

It is consumed in workplaces, on the streets, even in movie theaters (there are boilers with boiling water).

Many residents of the Celestial Empire, both old and young, carry thermoses with this water.

Why do they do this? It's simple: hot water helps them maintain their health and gives them a boost of energy.

And children are taught to drink hot water from a very young age – they bring the already mentioned thermoses to school.

During breaks, these containers are filled from special coolers. As a result, the young Chinese are cheerful, healthy, active and successful in their studies throughout the school day.

According to medical research, hot water has a positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract and, in general, on all systems important for our body.

The Chinese say: you need to drink the first glass of hot water no later than 10-15 minutes after waking up.

Experts point out that spring, bottled or filtered water is best for hot water.

They recommend starting to drink hot water gradually, first 1-2 glasses a day, then increasing the volume.

Those who do this say that the procedure has helped to significantly improve their well-being, reduce illness and provide energy for the whole day.

Doctors say that drinking hot water, among other things, warms, dilates blood vessels, improves skin, and increases immunity.

It also effectively combats stress and fatigue, and prevents a number of diseases and allergic reactions.
