You should start by filling the bottle with detergent - the amount depends on the size of the container, but, as a rule, does not exceed a couple of drops.
Now pour a tablespoon of rice inside. You don't need to boil the grains first, you need raw cereal.
Rice will act as a natural abrasive, which will help you get rid of dirt even in the most hard-to-reach places.
The next step requires water. It should fill the bottle about halfway.
Now close the bottle tightly with the lid and shake it vigorously.
This movement will have to be repeated for 1-2 minutes.
The specified time is enough for the rice and detergent to clean the walls and bottom of the bottle.
All that's left to do is to get rid of the contents of the bottle, which has already served its purpose, and thoroughly rinse the container with hot water.
