It is unlikely that anyone has managed to avoid such a problem as scale forming in a kettle.
It is believed that scale is not capable of causing harm to health.
But at the same time, you shouldn’t turn a blind eye to this problem, because the limescale that settles on the heating elements of the kettle leads to the appliance “saying goodbye to life” before it should.

How to remove scale usually
There are, admittedly, many ways to deal with scale in a kettle.
You can boil a kettle, adding soda, vinegar and citric acid to it beforehand. There are even craftsmen who claim that boiling orange peel helps to eliminate the problem.
A new way to combat scale
If you don’t want to waste time on complicated manipulations with preparing cleaning solutions, use the soda method.
It turns out that if you boil sweet carbonated water in a kettle, the scale will literally dissolve.
Before you pour the contents of the bottle into the teapot, remove the cork and wait until all the gas bubbles have come out.
After this, you can safely fill the container, which is covered with scale from the inside. Turn on the kettle and wait until it boils, then drain the "used" soda.
If you notice that the plaque has not completely disappeared, remove it using a regular dishwashing sponge.
At the end, all that remains is to thoroughly rinse the kettle with water.
