No matter how high-quality the cookware in your kitchen is, it can easily lose its appearance, and along with it, its ability to perform its functions, due to burnt food.
However, experienced housewives do not care about this at all, because they know what to do to solve this problem.
Soap solution
Before you start cleaning the dishes, wait until they are dry. After that, rinse off any food residue and soak the pan in a soapy solution.
Wait just a little bit – just until the dirt begins to give in under the pressure of the sponge and warm soapy water.
After washing, do not forget to wipe the product with a towel, preferably microfiber, so that no water stains remain on it.
Baking soda
If regular washing doesn't help, try the baking soda trick.
Pour it into the bottom of the pan, then fill it with water – it should completely cover the burnt food.
Now you need to boil the contents of the pan. Do not rush to turn off the stove - let the water boil for a few more minutes.
At the end, the cleaning solution should be poured out, and the bottom and walls of the pan should be cleaned with warm water with the addition of detergent.
And remember: it's easier to prevent burning than to deal with the consequences.
Therefore, always try to preheat the pan before you start cooking, and before you throw the food in, make sure there is enough fat or liquid at the bottom. And, of course, stir the food with a spoon more often - then it will definitely not burn.
