It often happens that for various reasons we buy low-quality goods.
Surely many people have had this happen at least once.
Paid for a poor quality or expired product, but no receipt? There is a way out of this situation.

Experts say: if you notice such goods on the shelf, contact a store employee (preferably a merchandiser or department manager) and report it.
But what should you do if you bought an expired product and only noticed it when you got home?
Go back to the store, show the receipt. You should get your money back.
Even if you don't have a receipt, the problem can be solved. Thanks to the surveillance cameras that are available in many stores.
The recording can be used to prove that the low-quality product was purchased at this particular retail outlet.
In this case, the seller is obliged to return the money and remove the product from sale.
If you find at home that a purchased product with an expiration date that has not yet expired has gone sour or is covered in mold, return it.
Show the product to the administration and state that it cannot possibly be fit for consumption.
If the receipt has not been preserved and the packaging has been opened, then in this case the packaging itself will serve as evidence.
