Carbon deposits are a consequence of using the iron without proper hygiene: if you clean the sole regularly, this problem will not arise.
However, in any case, even incredibly stubborn stains can be removed.
What methods can be considered?
Classic with vinegar and soda
You will need to pour vinegar into a saucepan and add salt. Take one part salt for two parts vinegar. Turn on the stove and wait until the salt is completely dissolved.
Remove the container from the stove and treat any clean rag with the prepared solution.
We start wiping the sole of the iron. As a rule, the dirt will dissolve before your eyes. Then take a clean cloth, soak it in water and wipe the sole.
All that remains is to wipe the iron dry and evaluate the quality of the work done.
Paste
This method is one of the simplest, although it is considered very effective. With its help, you can remove carbon deposits that have not been cleaned since the purchase of the iron.
You will need to spread a layer of paste on the sole, wait about ten minutes and wash off the product.
