Stainless steel frying pans can safely be called one of the most popular due to their relatively low cost and durability.

But they have one serious drawback.

The point is that frying becomes almost impossible without stress: food sticks to the pan.

Therefore, you need to know how to make a non-stick layer yourself for comfortable cooking.

How to accomplish this task

First, take a good detergent, apply it to a cloth and wash the inside of the pan thoroughly. Try to wash the dishes as best as possible.

Rinse the pan to remove any remaining detergent.

Next, you will need to dry the dishes with a towel. Place the frying pan on the stove and turn on the heat. Next, pour in a large spoon of refined oil.

Using a culinary brush, distribute it over the entire surface of the frying pan: you can’t miss a single centimeter.

Then you need to wait. When smoke appears, turn off the fire.

Wait for the cookware to cool completely. Take a paper towel and wipe the inside of the frying pan. After that, you can safely use it. The procedure should be repeated on a regular basis in order to "renew" the non-stick coating.
