What you shouldn't eat with watermelon and melon
Nutritionists recommend eating both watermelon and melon separately from other foods.
To avoid harm from melons, you need to eat them one and a half to two hours before or one and a half to two hours after the main meal.
It is highly undesirable to eat melons after protein products (meat, milk). This is fraught with fermentation of watermelon/melon in the stomach.
The thing is that protein is digested slowly, but watermelon/melon is digested quickly.
It takes at least three to four hours to digest meat, but only half an hour for melon or watermelon.
