Many citizens are tormented by vague doubts about re-boiling water.
They believe that this business is dangerous. They say that they have read relevant materials with the opinions of "experts".
We suggest settling the issue once and for all. Putting dots over all the existing "i"s and "yo"s.
Arsenic, nitrates and fluorine
Why is re-boiling considered dangerous at all? Because "experts" claim that re-boiling causes dangerous components to allegedly accumulate in the water rather than being released as usual.
They scare citizens: arsenic, nitrates and fluorine “hang out” in boiled water.
Now let's think: if this were really the case, everyone would have known about it long ago, and the Ministry of Health would never tire of warning.
In general, the issue of boiling water with arsenic would not be on the agenda.
Other “experts” claim that the beneficial minerals contained in water can become dangerous if the water is boiled several times.
They scare the average person: calcium salts can accumulate in the water, which will lead to the formation of stones in the kidneys and gall bladder.
But how is it in reality?
In reality, re-boiling does not pose any danger at all.
The situation is a grand exaggeration. Yes, if you boil water several times, harmful substances can accumulate in it.
The drinking water we consume does indeed contain arsenic, nitrates and fluoride, but in extremely small quantities, which does not allow us to talk about any health risks when boiling it more than twice.
It is only dangerous to drink boiled water when 10,000 liters are boiled in one cup.
Do you do this – make coffee or tea in a cup with 10,000 liters of water? I don’t think so.
In short, re-boiling water will not cause any harm to health.
