Eating certain foods with vodka and other strong alcoholic drinks can cause serious health problems, experts warn.
We'll tell you what you should never eat with vodka.
What you shouldn't eat with vodka
First, fruits, especially watermelon. Watermelon, due to its high sugar content, is digested first, and the alcohol accumulates.
After digesting the watermelon, everything you drink suddenly, rather than gradually, enters the bloodstream, which has an extremely negative effect on the liver.
Secondly, fatty foods. They are not weak on the liver by themselves. In combination with alcohol, the negative effect is significantly increased.
Thirdly, you cannot eat pickled vegetables and mushrooms as snacks.
The vinegar contained in the marinade irritates the stomach walls, and the absorption of alcohol increases several times.
