Where do you store your baked goods?
If it's in a plastic bread bin, then it's not the best option.
If you simply leave bread in a bag in one of your kitchen cabinets, then you are also not doing it quite right.
After all, in the above cases, the product quickly loses its freshness, softness and bright aroma. The bread becomes stale or moldy too early.
Fortunately, the problem can be solved by simply moving the baked goods to a more suitable place.
Where to store bread
The answer is simple: in a wooden bread bin.
The fact is that wood is a natural material that is porous and does not interfere with proper air circulation.
As a result, the bakery product does not get wet, does not mold for a long time, and remains soft.
Even after several days the bread will still seem fresh.
But there are two important points. Firstly, a wooden bread bin should not be covered with paint: the latter does not allow the material to "breathe".
Secondly, it is better to choose materials such as birch and linden. But coniferous wood can "interrupt" the aroma of the bakery product.
