Using Vinegar and Baking Soda
This method is considered classic by many, as it allows you to quickly and reliably return the color to the plastic. Do not worry: the components will not harm the window sill.
First you will need to wash the window sill. You can just use water, or you can use a soap solution.
Then you need to spread soda on the yellow spots. Wait for about 10 minutes. Wet the sponge with vinegar and start scrubbing the window sill.
Bleach or hydrogen peroxide
Both components are used in exactly the same way. You need to apply them to a rag and start washing the window sill. If you choose bleach, then give preference to the oxygen version.
