When washing towels, it is important not only to remove dirt and unpleasant odors, but also to take care of their softness.
This problem is especially relevant when it comes to terry towels.
Few people know that in this case a special type of washing is required.
What does it consist of?
First, take the towels and put them in the washing machine. Don't put a lot of them in at once: there should be at least 20 centimeters of free space.
After that, pour a couple of standard caps of regular shampoo directly into the drum. But that's not all. Take a bag made of natural fabrics and pour two spoons of salt into it.
Next, add another spoon of citric acid.
After this, it is important to select the correct washing mode.
As a rule, it is recommended to set the temperature to 20 degrees. In this case, towels are washed for only 20 minutes. Thanks to this, the textile will be soft and clean.
